River Camp Central Facility

The Central Facility at River Camp is set between units 3 and 4 and provides a focal point for meeting fellow shareholders during the day, or perhaps catching up for a braai or some drinks in the evenings. The bar area is flanked by a boma on the river bank and behind this a small swimming pool provides an opportunity to cool off with a dip in the clear water. Sunloungers are scattered around a landscaped garden that echoes with birdsong coming from the surrounding woodland.

Opposite the pool is a block comprising of a kitchen, huge dining table, covered seating area overlooking a weir on the river, and toilet facilities. An ice-maker provides the whole of River Camp with cool cubes for drinks and ice-boxes to take on game drives.
