Hopefully, like all our shareholders, you are impressed by the scope of Limpopo-Lipadi, excited by the potential it has as an investment, and thrilled at the opportunity to join us and enjoy the wonders of the African bush like never before.

By now you will also probably have dropped us an email and heard back from one of our team and been able to start asking your most burning questions. But what happens next? Our experience tells us that this normally consists of three steps:

Due Diligence

Investing in Limpopo-Lipadi is a major decision and one that will undoubtedly take much thought. You will of course wish to exercise your own due diligence enquiries to your satisfaction. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with giving you peace of mind such as financial statements, company structures and so on, and can put you in contact with senior management to answer specific questions as they arise. The first part of this is reviewing the Private Placing Memorandum, a detailed document explaining more about Limpopo-Lipadi and the investment process. Site Visit

You will almost certainly want to come and see the reserve with your own eyes and we would be delighted to help arrange a site visit with you. Here you will be shown the bush, lodges, game, and other infrastructure and have a chance to meet key staff while enjoying some wonderful safari activities the way our shareholders do. 

Your Decision
